Freshly graded subdivision ground is frequently engineered fill, and a pool set on settling fill will tell you about it eventually. Our own excavation crew reads and prepares that base properly, and handles the drainage and grade work around it so water moves away from the pool and the house.
Often yes, and a level blank slate can speed things up. We assess soil and compaction first — that assessment is what protects you from settling problems later.
We do. Residential permits go through the Brown County Building Department in Georgetown, with township or village zoning on top. We handle the process, including Ohio's required pool safety barrier.
Both do well. Fiberglass installs quickly and stays easy to maintain; vinyl offers full shape flexibility at a lower starting cost. Since we build both, we will tell you which genuinely suits your lot and budget.
Yes. We work within setback, drainage, and HOA requirements routinely, and we factor them into the design before quoting rather than discovering them mid-build.
