Aquascapes Pools & Excavating builds custom inground vinyl liner and fiberglass pools across Brown County, including Mt. Orab, Georgetown, Fayetteville, Sardinia, Ripley, and Higginsport. We are family-owned, and we keep every part of the work in-house — our own excavation, our own equipment, our own crew, no subcontractors.
Brown County is a genuinely good fit for how we work. It is close enough to our Morrow base to serve properly, and the properties here tend to have what suburban lots do not: space. Rural acreage, larger village lots, and room to put a pool where the sun actually is. The trade-off is ground that varies enormously from one property to the next — flat farm ground in one township, rolling hills and clay in the next, and creek bottoms that need drainage thought through carefully.
We also serve Sardinia, Ripley, Higginsport, and the surrounding townships. Neighboring counties are covered too — see Adams County and Highland County.
We bring 24+ years of experience and 100+ pools installed, and we are locally owned, licensed, and insured. We install both vinyl and fiberglass — most builders in the region only offer fiberglass — so the advice you get is about your property rather than a single product line.
Because we do our own excavation and land clearing, we can take on projects that need real site work first: clearing a treed area, cutting into a slope, correcting drainage on a low spot, or building a retaining wall to create a level pool deck. On acreage, that often means the difference between putting the pool where it works and putting it where it merely fits.
Residential building permits in Brown County run through the Brown County Building Department in Georgetown, with additional zoning requirements depending on your township or village. Ohio also requires a safety barrier around residential inground pools. We handle the permitting process and the coordination so you are not the one working out which office needs what.
Yes — from Mt. Orab and Sardinia along the US-32 corridor down to Georgetown, Ripley, and the river towns, and out to Fayetteville in the northwest.
We can. Land clearing, grading, and haul-off are all in-house services, which is why we can take a rough or wooded area and turn it into a finished pool space without bringing in a separate contractor.
Depends on the yard, your budget, and access. Fiberglass shells arrive by truck and need a clear delivery path, which matters on long rural drives. Vinyl is fully custom and starts lower. We assess both before recommending either.
Pool type and features set the starting point; site work adjusts it. We price each project individually after an on-site visit and give you itemized numbers rather than a vague range.
